Delivery time
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 09:30 am, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this.
Orders (Stamps ) wil be sent through post office as mail registred en insured , you must sign for receipt
Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer by one of the active delivery services in the Netherlands
(PostNL or DPD or DHL or GLS etc..).
In general, in the Netherlands the delivery will take place on the second working day between 9:00 and 18:00
unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Orders to be delivered in the Netherlands have a maximum delivery time of 2 days
Orders to be delivered in the north american continent have a maximum delivery time of 9 days
Orders to be delivered in the south american continent have a maximum delivery time of 16 days
Orders to be delivered in Australia have a maximum delivery time of 17 days.
Orders to be delivered in Africa continent have a maximum delivery time of 21 days.
Orders to be delivered in Azie continent have a maximum delivery time of 21 days.
If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

*** Insured mail: Your shipment will be sent insured (PostNL). You must sign for receipt. The shipment is fully insured. Outside the EU, the value is stated on a customs declaration.
